A FITNESS fan has revealed her secrets to getting booty gains that have women saying they could put a drink on her derriere.
She shared her top five favorite exercises for glute growth in a popular TikTok video.

It’s apparent from her account that she has a toned physique, but it didn’t happen overnight.

It consisted of several quick clips that showed Brooke doing each exercise.
When the video began, she stood behind a squat machine and prepared to tackle the workout.
She wore a long-sleeve black athletic top, green tie-dye leggings, and black All-Star Converse sneakers.
The five exercises were Russian deadlifts, step-ups, cable glute med kickbacks, hyperextensions, and hip thrusts, which can be substituted for KAS glute bridges.
People were very impressed with her body transformation.
“I mean this in the most respectful way possible…I could literally put a drink on that shelf,” a woman wrote.
“A lot of people don’t realize how step-ups are such an amazing glute exercise! Beautiful form on everything!” a fan praised.
“Ladies, that’s all we need. A few solid glute exercises with progressive overload and a good diet. I add some split squats in addition to what’s shown,” another added.
